 Messages of the Governors of Michigan: Volume IV: Pingree, Bliss, Warner, Osborn, Ferris, Sleeper, and Groesbeck The Clarke Historical Library at Central Michigan University and Michigan State University Press announce the republication of the first four volumes in the Messages of the Governors of Michigan series originally published between 1925 and 1927 by the Michigan Historical Commission and edited by George Fuller. These four volumes complete the ten volume series of Michigan's governors' messages.
